Flexibility is key with SOLIDWORKS PDM. We're flexible about how we can access our files, store our data, and so much more. One topic that's come up a lot recently is flexibility with our versions and revisions in PDM. This week, I take a dive into versions and revisions. I start by talking about what a version is, how can we manage the potential high volume of versions, and why they're a great tool. Then, I take a look at revisions. I talk about what creates a revision, having a major-minor revision process, and lastly, tying these revisions into you SOLIDWORKS revision tables.
